  Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.

  City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on your doorstep.   The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the hotel address for the return. - I've been staying here for 12 yea... what people say » rs and it's my favourite hotel in shanghai. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!
