  Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily. The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there. It was disappointing I didn't get the same kind of r - The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and especially the rooms is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

Facilities are kind of okay . they can make more. Very cooperating stuff, they will do whatever you want. they treat you like a VIP member. Will stay again for sure... what people say » . - The location of the hotel cant be better. Right in the middle of the city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our room on the 37th floor as well.
