  Location is very good, hotel is about 300m from the subway station. If you purpose to stay near the shopping and walking areas this hotel is a perfect place. Hotel room was clean and cozy in minimalistic style. Breakfast offers in a cafe and contain about 10 different options. There is a good local network cafe Wagas near the hotel where there is western food and good coffee for China. Check in and check - The hotel is one of the better one in shanghai for the money. Staff try very hard to make your stay enjoyable. While English is poor from some of the staff we managed to work out what I wanted. I had the bellboys get cabs for me in the pouring rain and did it with a smile. There are two restaurants in the building that are both very good quality but I would have to say the element fresh was very good value for money and the food was fantastic. Great hotel and would stay there again.

  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The view was not so great, but the room was quiet (except for some no... what people say » ises in the morning). We could leave the luggage at the reception the next day until the evening when we had our flight. We definitely recommend it! - The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly. The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

  The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. The apartment was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor (do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around 100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also very nice.
