Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night. It will definitely be the hotel I stay in while in GZ. -

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned because we came a bit early. Helped us find our way around town and recommended places to eat/see and how to get there. Also helped us find our way to Shenzhen to visit family. Also the washer machine broke while we were using it and they apologized and offered us a new room if we needed it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free milk, buns and fruit were given daily too!

The location is great if you come for business. The panzhihua centre is not far away by taxi. The highway is very close-so you can go wherever you wish without staying in traffic jams.

It is a good hotel if you go to Guangzhou for Business. Indeed it is a Chinese hotel and you can have some little difficulties with the language and cigarette (if you are not a smoker). was great. Nearly all the written information in the room was in English
as well as Chinese! Generally an amazing hotel, staff and facilities.
