What people say

The rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. It has an onsite restaurant that served good food at fair prices. And they had English speaking staff who were friendly and helpful. They really did make an effort to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast catered to Chinese and it was the same food everyday; so after a few days, we tired of steamed buns and cabbage. Also, it was not as close to the West Lake as we had hoped so, as a family, we ended up taking taxis back to the hotel; but the bus stops are nearby and are convenient--it just was confusing where we had to get off so we took taxis.
