Facilities were great and the place definitely has the 'wow'factor. The reception I received was excellent definitely made me feel loved:-)! Some staff seemed to go out of there way to answer queries , assist etc to make your stay as pleasant as possible. the view, the breakfast, the caring staff, most of whom spoke reasonable English as I do not speak Chinese, the gym. A high quality hotel with out discussion. One of the best chinese hotels chain.
