It is 3-bus-stop away (Bus 208 just in front of our apartment complex) to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Shamian. Night Cruise Wharf is 5-bus-stops away while Sacred Heart Cathedral and Haizhu Square are 7-bus-stops away. Guests can relax and enjoy a homely atmosphere in the lounge room and meet new friends from all over the world. Added conveniences include safety locker and luggage storage at the 24-hour front desk. Guests get to choose between staying in lively shared rooms, or in a quite private room. All rooms come with slippers and air conditioning. Shared bathrooms come with shower facilities. I was very much surprised at how nice the staff was here. They made my stay very nice and warming. The place was kept clean on a daily basis and the place where I slept was clean and comfortable. If I needed directions or information on places to see or even how to get there they were very helpful. all reviews » First and foremost the owners, you cannot find a more helpful and easygoing couple, and the lady speaks and understands English, you would know the value if it once you are in China. Every facility is in walking distance, be it the metro, the bus station, restaurants (halal too), parks, a great view from the apartment. Most amazing is the variety of people you get from all over the world, everyone with unique stories and cultures and new stuff to share. You would be amazed, in my stay of less t. All of facilities were very clean and much confortable. I could get there from metro Zhongshanba Station in 10 minutes. Staff speak excellent English, and they tell me very useflu advice to sight seeing (good sight, how to get there, etc.). I enjoyed joining dinner with the owner and her husband. And, all of guests are really wonderful. I made respectful friends from all over the world!. This is the first time to stay in hostel and it was one of the best trips in my life ,friendly host "lian" and verry clean place, services are excellent, and the best experience to stay with multinational mates and friends.. Leanne speaks English perfectly, knows the city very well and is very helpful when it comes to giving advice on where to go, when and how to do it cheap. My room overlooks the park, as the promo photo shows, but also an interchange, so the noise is remarkable around the clock. Besides, I'm still not used to seeing the owner half naked lying in the broken sofa with guests from all over the world. This 'hostel' is an apartment on private property, you might experience problems accessing the property. The facility (especially the bathroom) is a bit old. But the rooms and beds are ok. Location is slightly out of town. The bed is hard.
