Near to the expo centre.very clean and worth for money. I saw the tariff rates are 800 rmb per day. But I got best rate 380 rmb per day, by letsbookhotel.com. My thanks to letsbookhotel.com team. Very spacious, clean and well equipped for long stay. Ideal located in the heart of Guangzhou expo location. River behind the hotel is great for jogging. Best place to stay if you are in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair. The location is very good if go to Pa Zhou, Guangzhou Fair. Submitted complaints for many days but no solution! 3) Taxi not available. 4) No help from the hotel staffs to get the taxi, not to mention during heavy raining day!. Staff, no English at all or extremely limited. No taxi service. Although you stated safe spa None of these at premises. Room again is great. Poor English communication. You do not have breakfast. It is not good. i miss it very much. No-where to find real food to eat. There weren't enough facilities. Located out of the city of Guangzhou. Lack of facilities. Reception staff without training, three people to do the same job. Chek- in took forever. Room not ready at 5 pm. I had to wait for 30 minutes after chek-in. Telephone system did not work in the entire hotel. Tv did not work. Maintenance person appeared 2 hours after being called. they don't even give you a spoon or knife, no hospitality from staff, they make drag ur luggage, its a poor hotel not recommended for other than chinese people cos if they get their own food and kitchen ware by car its easy... the place is not worth any penny you pay for it.... now the area full of good and excellent location options in the city and around canton fair complex. I will never stay at this hotel.I also suggest not to stay here. Breakfast need improvement. We are given voucher for breakfast outside the hotel. Very bad breakfast. Not accordance to 4 star. At all.
