  -Excellent staff. All with great english and happy to help. Chuck, jim and of course rabbit were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Even the kitchen staff and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly despite the language barrier -for the price you cannot beat the single room. The common room is nice and spacious, with a baby-foot and a pool game. The kids loved it ! The staff is friendly and helpful. The private rooms are very clean, and a good value for the money. Honestly, the Flip Flop guesthouse has everything a traveller might ask for: laundry, books, internet, informations about the town and the area, and a nice place to relax and to meet people.

  I am a coffee drinker and I have to say that I was really happy to find real coffee at this hotel. Because coffee is not too popular in China, I was surprised and delighted to find good quality italian coffee. And the service was 24 hours, so this was just perfect for me. Another great plus would be for the freshly baked pasteries and croissants ... what people say » that they serve. And they bake them in their own oven, so this is really a unique point for a hotel in China. I have to say that I did feel very comf - We had a great stay at this hotel. From the first time we stepped into the building, we met Simon, the GM and he offered a brief introduction about the city, nearby tourist attractions, and the facilities provided by the hotel. We also found that the H stands for home and happy, and this is exactly how we felt in this hotel.   The staff was very friendly and helpful, and their English was pretty good The location is close to the shopping area with many restaurants around - It was in a fantastic location. Easy access to Tianfu Square and the shopping area. The buzz around the hotel was phenomenal.
