Staff - very accommodating and helpful. Knowledge of English very good. Restaurant recommendations were excellent including a vegetarian one for the benefit of one of our group. Location - in Providencia. Very nice and safe neighbourhood. Close to Metro and restaurants. Premises. A boutique hotel so more personal. Clean and with character. Rooms are good and airy with good views and outlook (we were on top floor).

The location was perfect - a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with shops and the subway to the city center nearby. All our needs were more than met, and they were very helpful when we needed to solve a travel problem. I would love to stay there again. The outdoor patio was an excellent place to relax. The staff was more than helpful and went beyond. The location was great, and we were provided with a list of good restaurants. No question but I would stay there again. I wish I could find this charming hotel everywhere I travel. This is a lovely little hotel in a great area. We felt very safe walking to the local restaurants, and there was a great selection to choose from.The staff were delightful. The breakfast was lovely, home made bread rolls, cake and donuts, freshly made pancakes and waffles.Yum. The location was perfect for exploring the city; the metro line was just a couple of blocks away. The staff, especially Angelo, were very accommodating. It felt like we were in our own home. Just across the road from the hotel a new building is being constructed and there is a lot of noise all day from this. Not the fault of the hotel but still is very annoying. We picked one of the smaller rooms, but it was indeed quite small (in the basement) with small windows. However, for the price it was great. -a bit of traffic noise.
