We chose this hotel as we had stayed here before and it's excellent location just a short walk from the main terminal building was ideal after a long overnight flight from Auckland. The receptionist was very welcoming and did her best to get as a room as we arrived quite early. We were given a room at the back where they are doing some building work and they willingly changed it straight away as we wanted to sleep. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice. Our room was clean and comf.
all reviews » It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there. A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes. Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours. This is absolutely perfect for a quick arrival or departure for the Santiago airport. We arrived late one afternoon and left early the next morning. You can walk across the street from the airport! No cab fare, no hassle. Perfectly acceptable accommodations and dining. Great staff. A clean, comfortable and quiet hotel that was perfect for our purpose. Food in the hotel restaurant was good both for dinner and for breakfast. Easy walking access across to check-in. Computers and printer available and free to use. WiFi access free and worked well in the room. Location is of course the point with staying here as the hotel is located just other side of the road from the airport. When in your room there is no sound from the airport which is fantastic. Breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly. We would return to this hotel. There was some problem with the lock that no one was able to open it. No key or machine worked on even the second try ! ! ! It was not a fun twenty odd minutes ! ! ! ! !. Nothing especially although the wi-fi could always be faster. You can't actually drive up the airport, can only get to car park. Bit annoying with luggage.
