Mostly, no frill and practical. Central position. Kind personnel. One big problem is that they do not exchange foreign currency. They have an exchange bank in the basement, but it opens only at 10 AM. During the business meetings from 8:30 AM to 11 PM, it is impossible to go there after 10 AM. Any hotel of this class should have money exchange. Really old and badly mantained structure. A window could not be closed, defective furniture, blanket was misplaced at arrival, bad smell everywhere covered by spray parfum. Room noisy from sound outside and really noisy from other room "activities"... restaurant offer too limited meals for a 4 stars hotel, bad smell also in the restaurant and visible old dust almost everywhere. Not 4 stars hotel, barely a 2 stars. Concepcion city and its peple would worth better hotels.
