We were came to the area for a family wedding in Kelowna. Our budget was really tight, and this hotel did not require a credit card in order to book. That, and great price, is the reason why I chose this hotel. I assumed we'd get a semi-run down, small, ill equipped room with noisy neighbours. But I was completely wrong. Lake Country Inn was amazing. We were arriving after midnight, and the staff there still made arrangements to let us in. The room was large, absolutely clean, recently renovate.
all reviews » We went to a wedding close to the hotel. WE could have walked there. Also had the parking right in front of the door. Also for Kelowna area price was great. Also walking distance to pub and restaurants. Very nice clean, quiet property, close to the hiway and a great restaurant nearby. It appears the property was fully renovated in the past year. Early Check in was allowed,ended up having to have Grankids with us & was not a problem for them to stay no extra charge. Extremely good value. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Close proximity to the ariport. Very helpful and obliging staff. Perfect for a layover before our flight, cheap and comfortable and allowed us to park our car there for a week for free. It's close proximity to amenities, i.e. food store along with the lake. Microwave, small fridge, coffee machine. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. But if you're willing to go a little out of your way, you can't get a better deal. no hot tub or pool. no table to write notes on or eat at. room window was right on the highway, room had two queen beds but only 2 bath towels in the washroom. Northbound access on Hwy 97. Inconsistent housekeeping service. Right on the highway so more noise than would have liked but still wasn't bad. Parking a bit tight. Would like to have breakfast included. Adjacent to busy highway so can be a noise issue. No reason to complain. location was a bit far from downtown kelowna. No restaurant attached. A good drive to get to Kelowna. nothing. Distance to downtown Kelowna. If staying on the highway side very loud traffic, and airconditioning super noisy. Parking was scarce. nothing. Noisy - really close to highway. It was a little far from all the things most people like to do. no tv remote, had to ask. no alarm clock. no seniors/bcaa discount as we went through letsbookhotel.com. We had no Internet connections during our stay. If I pay $150 I want to get Internet connections. Besides the Hotel was next to freeway so it was pretty noisy. They offer no Coffee in the office. Too much highway noise Needs some updates. heat source was too noisy and not efficient.
