This is a simple but beautifully kept older style drive up motel that is in a great location. The proprietress and staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice location with view of the lake and wooded creek running through the property. Restaurants, grocery and villege center less than a five minute drive. Highly recommend. Best value we've seen on our 3 month trip.

Everything was great. The localisation is ok if you want to do the Cabot
trail, but it's a bit laud as the motel is next to a road.
Proximity to what we wanted to see. The owner was most accommodating, pleasant, full of info about sightseeing.
The location was very good to see the Cabot Trail and surrounding area the Motel had all the facilities needed.

It does not offer Breakfast and it is quite a ways to go to eat and nothing in the area to do to fill in spare time . No shopping close so when you stop be ready to settle in for the night . Other than that a great place .
