Terrific, responsive service. Great price for all the amenities. Very special: made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Great urban vibe. The lounge downstairs was terrific: good drinks, no attitude from staff, they were just serving the best and enjoying the process of providing a high quality experience for the guests.
The gentleman who worked the desk ( after 3) was extremely polite...enjoyed my conversation.

Great location, easy walking distance to almost everything. Very friendly front desk staff, great coffee shop with excellent coffee, pastries and meals. Very comfortable rooms.

The staff was super friendly and efficient and helpful. We got a lot for your money; including continental breakfast and complimentary cheese-plate in the lounge. Will stay there again for sure.
We had a quiet room on 4th floor facing the courtyard but understand that rooms facing Douglas Street (Hwy1) are real noisy. Our friends ended up sleeping with earplugs on the first floor.
Renovated property with simple, well appointed, immaculate rooms. A complimentary welcome cheese plate restored us after a long day of travel. Friendly staff. A wonderful small hotel.
The hotel is located in an area with an active nightlife scene. They supply the ear plugs which worked great, but if you are sensitive to noise...or nightlife...you might prefer a quieter neighborhood.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The staff gave us each a coupon for a free pastry and drink in the morning and a cheese platter for after we were settled in. It was wonderful. They also helped us store our bikes and were very helpful taking them in and out of storage as many times as we needed. After we checked out they also held our bags until we were ready to jump on the bus for the ferry.
Nicely refurbished smaller boutique style hotel .Stylish bathroom . Easy walk to main shopping street , pubs, restaurants and beautiful harbourside . Staff were very friendly and hotel has a personal feel to it .

Staff was very nice, loved our dinner and drinks at the pub especially loved the complimentary cheese platter ❤ the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Room was very clean and I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash and cream.
Coincidence I know.....the fire alarm went off at 3 something?? We all evacuated the hotel and stood outside so it was hard to sleep afterwords. Before that, Didn't like the party on our floor and the hallway noise from the people that were parting. We did notice the ear plugs, but we slept with the tv on :)

Very nice boutique hotel centrally located. Arrived late in the evening, only place to eat was the hotel restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food at the restaurant, would eat there again. Room was quaint and well appointed, very comfortable.
Lovely facilities, extremely friendly/helpful staff, outstanding bar/restaurant & cafe.
The staff were delightful, efficient and very responsive, and the suite was very comfortable, modern and well-maintained. The hotel has initiated a number of very innovative initiatives which are both green in result and beneficial to the visitor in cost terms. Located in a very interesting part of town, and was very close but not buried in the heart of the tourist route. We will certainly stay there again.
Only two very minor issues. 1)The wireless internet was a little tedious requiring full log-in every time it was used in any one day. 2) The parking area felt a little unsafe late at night.

Luxury, luxury, luxury. I couldn't believe that I could afford such an amazing hotel. My daughter felt like a princess, staff was amazing, and I was sad to leave.

This was located close to the centre, only a ten minute walk, which was brilliant. Staff were very friendly, and very helpful. We only used this as a base and only had a small breakfast there before visting the city.
There were a lot of down and outs near the Hotel. We were approached at least three times as we were leaving the hotel. They were very friendly and polite and we did not have any issues or problems. It is just sad really that there appears to be a problem with down and outs in such a beautiful city. The police seem to ignore/accept this, as they just walk straight past them :-(
The rooms were easily as good as any 4* boutique hotel we've stayed at in Boston. Heated floors in the large bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and comfortable bed. Breakfast in the cafe was included. Great staff too!
