The staff made our stay very pleasurable. They were very courteous, attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best--- right in the heart of the old city. We could walk to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Reception staff personnel were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and thorough. Our room, while small, was engineered more than it was designed: every practical convenience placed right where it would be needed. The bed frame and mattress gave comfort, support, and a refreshing night's rest.

We stayed in Room 6. The wall-to-wall window was a striking architectural feature (much larger to all appearances than those of rooms on the upper floor. However, in the absence of curtains which could be drawn shut, we were conscious of being quite exposed to passersby as the room was almost at street level! I'd suggest adding full curtains to that room. There was nothing I did not like but having some options for the breakfast basket would have been nice. A larger table in our room for breakfast would have been more useful. No chair other than desk chair in room - probably due to room not being big enough for such. There was nothing that I disliked. nothing. Nothing. All was nice. Could use a more modern coffee machine in the rooms.Sink had too much water pressure. The cost and the small room size. Everything was OK. short coming not a full breakfest but sever places close.
