Friendly, helpful staff Close to airport for early flight! We left hotel at 530 a.m. Wake up call happened as planned, taxi on time ordered by staff and coffee in room and muffins available to take on road. Location is close to Butchart and easy from Sidney and Ferry if you have a car. This is the reason why we selected this place. It was very close to attractions and the wedding we were attending.

We were looking for the cheapest hotel and this is pretty much it. Continental breakfast included but its also not very fancy.... That there other places to eat close by. The location was convenient. It is easy to find and close to the airport. location close to airport. Location and price. Location. Nothing. Wished there had been wireless Internet. Beds were too hard for me and I much prefer creamo for coffee and not 2% milk but would stay there again. Didn,t care for the fact that the security on the rear door was nonexistent Building neeeds some tender loving care. I asked for a wake up call that was never recieved. The location very expensive to get anywhere. Bare minimum of towels and supplied products. It was run-down and very cheaply furnished. The beds were saggy. There were no fridges or microwaves in the room. The hallway carpets were very dirty and un-vacuumed. The floor in our bathroom had things stuck on to it that had not been cleaned since the previous guest (a contact lens, for example). It offered the worst breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed in, including many other Super 8's. no coffee or cups in the room and had to go to the front desk to get some. maid service was really poor - for example the coffee machine was not cleaned, dirty cups not removed or replaced. The room was very dirty. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. Cleanliness is top on my priority list for a hotel and so I am not likely to return there. Lackadaisical attitude of housekeeping---missed cleaning our room the first day, but checked it off anyway. the hotel on the main road, very simple and quite old. coffee machine missed kettle and no supply when required. The dining room for the breakfast is ridiculous. It is located inside the recepton hall.There is no privacy. The meal does not merit the term"breakfast". The woman in charge of the dining room is impolite The distance of the hotel from the center of victoria is 25 kilometers. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The staff member who greeted me during check-in seemed more interested in checking facebook on their cell phone than actually greeting me. Once I eventually got into my room it looked like it had not been cleaned since the last person left. As I was tired I just went to bed but woke up the next morning covered in bites which I went to my gp about and were identified as bed bugs. Do not stay in this hotel!.
