The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room. The room comes with a Jackuzzi :) and a fireplace;) The bed was so comfy! LOVE that the breakfast in the A.M is included so perfect. The location was excellent. Walking distance from old Montreal and across the street from the metro. Room was big and comfortable. Drinks and snacks in the afternoon are available for free. (2 per person and the variety is very good) Staff is friendly.

Best value in Montreal, no doubt!. the coupons for the cocktail hour; the breakfast buffet; the staff was amazing! the room was clean and very spacious the parking the huge double jacuzzi in the suite very well located. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in. They had already upgraded us to a suite. Loved the hotel and hope to stay there again. Excellent breakfast, Spacious room, responsive staff. Each night the hotel provided 2 drinks per customer in the hotel restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The concierge was able to answer our questions about the city and the breakfast was great!. Restaurant more like a school cafeteria although a notice did say they were in the process of upgrading. Had to pay for WiFi access. The breakfast menue is fixed, six days with no change. Internet charges are high per device!!!. fire alarm at 3am in the morning. Lost atleast 3hrs sleep because of this. No instructions on what to do. Not a very good situation. Also, there was construction right beside our room. So it was hard to sleep in past 7am. The counter staff are not flexible on check-out time even for a mere 30 mins. The breakfast lounge was too small to accommodate everyone and it was difficult to move around inside due to the small space. Restaurant too fool with few attendants. The restaurant seemed under staffed and did not have enough room for the traffic moving through it. No crockery or cutlery in the suites despite the dishwasher! Staff in the dining room were quite offhand - reception and concierge brilliant. room coffee, spa bath entry- only fit for a six foot man. Breakfast can be better. not very well organized for breakfast rush. - Interenet is expensive - Same breakfast every day, they should change a little from day to day. The carpet in the room was very stained. Construction that was being done on the neighboring building started fairly early in the morning. They say pet friendly but no one could give us anything for our puppy but a kitchen bowl.. Some people of the staff should be a little more helpful. Others are really gentle. Parking too expensive USCAN 26,00 per day including taxes. late check in time of 3pm inconvenient if arriving early in the day. The breakfast area was a zoo filled with rude people. I gave the server a tip because i felt sorry for them. The smell of the room. They need to find some way to fumigate - maybe clean the rug. We were struck by the Goodwill Clothing Store smell each time we walked in. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to wait an additional hour before they could check us in, despite arriving after the required check in time. The carpet and the sofa were heavily stained and gross. I asked if they could do something about this, they said yes but nothing was ever done. Even though I pre-paid for 3 rooms the front desk charged for them again. They finally reversed the charges after much discussion. The hotel also did not acknowledge a name change that was earlier made and confirmed, making check-in difficult. 6:50 am the workers in the next building started work and soon after the window cleaner was looking to us dressing. We did not know about any of these from the hotel or from letsbookhotel.com. Essentially ruined our day in Montreal. Wi-Fi is extra when every other hotel offers for free. Parking expensive and extra. One elevator for one morning.
