The first impression is the location. Extremely easy access to the city centre, which includes almost everything you need in life: shopping, supermarkets, bus terminal, banks, restaurants, etc. The apartment is neat and clean, plus a functional kitchen. all reviews » We loved the 22 floor condo that we got in March 2013. We had the best time with the family and our small childrens. They really enjoyed having their own bedroom. The view excellent, extra crispy clean, very private and the security toooo good. The private parking. Cameras all around the building inside and in the parking lot. The apartment is very conveniently located in Mississauga downtown. The apartment and neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The apartment is very comfortable with all amenities. Ensuite laundry is big plus. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and utensils. The owner is very friendly and went out of his way to accomodate us for an extra night though the apartment was not available. The booking, checkin and checkout process was very simple and efficient. I will definitely use the. Ideally located, square one mall is five minutes walk away.Besides facility owner Adnan and Rama are wonderful guys, they reach out immediately to address your complaint. I am grateful to these guys, specially Adnan who brought for us water and cold drinks and never charged any penny for them. The price was reasonable, the location was perfect. The nearby area boasted everything a young family would want. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. First time I went this route as I have stayed in hotels before, I was very please no issues at checkin, staff great and the apt was mush better than any hotel I have stayed in, I liked the home feeling rather than staying in a one room hotel room. We regreats having to departure, we really want it to stay for longer. But definelty we will come back to this Suites again. noisy hvac unit, makes a shrilling noise on each start up, at times it is quite disturbing. The bed was a bit harder than we were used to, nothing else. Nothing really, it was about 5k further to my office not a big deal at all. Nothing really, I just wished I had more time to enjoy. Nothing. Kitchen could be better equipped, no frying pan, no large knife for cutting bread, etc. We chose an apartment so we could have breakfast and sometimes lunch there but could not fry an egg. Unit had not been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, 3 boxes of empty bottles and cans left in unit, garbage in can under sink, LR floor dusty, coffee pot dirty. Our $50 cleaning fee is being returned to us. Hair dryer is necessity and cleaning detergent etc should be provided. If you are looking for a longer stay pls bring your own shampoo and soap as the ones provided last for a few days and service is every two weeks . Some Front Office personnel are not short term lease friendly. Perhaps they rather deal wit h prsmises owner or long term lease. No staff to greet you or for any enquiries, its all done via email or phone. 1. One door key for the family , should be more, at least two. 2. sometimes noise from neibours. 3. i think it would be better to add a small vacuum cleaner. Not clear directions for washer and dryer. It would be nice to have a dresser to store clothes, hairdryer and facial tissues. Needs more attention to cleaning. Needs more kitchen supplies " pots & pans". Would have used the balcony if was clean and has chairs. The toaster did not work and there was some confusion over a key to the fitness area. cleaning should be once a week. n/a. Curtain can not cover light completely, can not sleep well in the moring. Dust collector do not work well. very poor lighting to read at night. some more basic supplies needed ie. toilet paper, tea towels, etc. the water was not hot enough in the bathroom. Frequent fire alarm testing was annoing due to loud noise. Cleaning services should be provided at least once a week. Nothing. it is a furnished apartment, no service. Only security guard is available, they are very friendly and helpful. The apartment should replesh some toilet tissue at least during the time. We stayed for 5 nights. BTW, there is no receipt provided. It's advertised as a hotel but not even close:- shouldn't be listed under "hotels near Square One"; no reception, paper thin walls, dogs everywhere, not enough elevators.
