I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. Everyone knows that when you get off of a long flight, the last thing you want to do is wait for a shuttle.
all reviews » 2nd stay at this hotel. Nice room size for 3 adults and 1 child. Select double room, sofa bed in king room is uncomfortable. Secure parking. Close to Pearson airport and 401 highway. Breakfast, but limited choices. Can be good value if booked when a special deal. We had an executive suite and it was really nice and spacious and clean!! The room had an iron and ironing board which we needed, along with a big jacuzzi tub! Bed was very comfortable! Great breakfast options as well. The service was wonderful, from front desk to airport shuttle service. Staff very efficient, courteous, and so very helpful. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. I have nothing negative to say. lovely big room, nice toiletries, comfortable bed, delicious plentiful breakfast, free shuttle service, friendly helpful staff, nice decor, convenience store right in the lobby. LOVED this hotel :). It was close to the airport and that is what we wanted. Their airport shuttle is also good and the service is prompt. The breakfast served is also good and has quite a few options. The staff were extremely helpful, there was a huge storm in Toronto at the time and I believe they went out of their way to accommodate those travellers who just showed up. Staff helped but it spoiled an otherwise great stay. Pool area is worn out. Breakfasts are served only till 9 am, which makes it uncomfortable if one has an afternoon flight. Nothing. We will stay there again. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. It's not conducive to putting on make-up! I've never stayed in a hotel that had adequate lighting for make-up application. That i tried to reach the hotel and the phone number was wrong and the email address bounced back, unanswered. nothing. Had trouble getting the shuttle from the airport. Everything was good!. Breakfast times were short, not enough seating, and very few items when we arrived. The restaurant in the hotel had a very limiting menu. Complementary breakfast time could be extended until 10:00 during the week for late risers like myself. no issues. I feel free parking should be provided for the nights of your stay. Sent to room with one double bed when family of 4 with older children. No wake up call as requested. Had to wait a half hour for the shuttle there and back - was running an errand on the way there and was too full to take me on the way back so I had to wait for the next round Noisy airconditioning woke me up every time it turned on. It is to far from the city need to have a service going to down town. the shuttle bus driver who picked us at the airport , dropped us off at the corner of the road not in front of the hotel, we carried our baggages walked half block to the hotel. - breakfast timing 6-9, as it got crowded around 8:30.
