The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fine. For what we wanted, this hotel was a good choice. We were in Medicine Hat for a social event. Our stay at the the hotel was good. Staff was great and room was very clean. A bit bigger of a room would have been nice but overall good place to stay for money spent. close to hospital and downtown, also was able to go over the walkway for meals.

The location of hotel was great for me. - Nice room at a very modest price. Clean, and budget friendly. Was as good as described. The room was clean and quiet from outside noise even though on the highway. The air conditioner worked. You get what you pay for, and for a quick one night stay it was okay. enjoyed the huge windows in the lobby sat there in the evening and read a book so peaceful and comfortable. Inexpensive, I stayed here before and had a good experience. Rooms have fridge and microwave, pet-friendly. The beds were very comfortable. money is no too much. the walk in shower. The beds were clean, and the toilet and washbasin were clean. The two people we met, both at the front desk, were pleasant, and answered our questions. There was a large dirty spot in the hallway that should have been cleaned. The restaurant was closed due to the flood and for renovations. These two things are all I could find fault with. The room itself and the rest of the hotel was neat and clean. Initially, we were taken to our room, which had not been made and this was in the evening. They immediately gave us another room and all was well. A continental breakfast would have been nice. nothing was a good stay and enjoyed the week. Beds a bit itchy Baths a bit mucky (stayed in three separate rooms so far) but for the price it beats sleeping in a hole and affords us a getaway from our other life. The first room I checked into didn't have any plug ins on the back wall for me to plug my charger and lap top into. I went into the bathroom to use those plugs and both of those didn't work. The staff were very nice and moved me to another room though. Tile floors could not park near my room only one dim light in entire room. No shampoo. Towels smelled a bit funny. Toilet rocked. Showerhead needs descaling. But, hey, it was ony $45. Thanks!. The constant highway traffic noise through the entire night was bad. -Nil. The smell of pot. The bathroom was done by a handyman with poor tiling skills. The drain is extremely rusted and needs to be replaced. The internet signal was so weak, we were unable to use. Half of the cable channels did not show, I assume due to the same weak signal for WiFi. there was a dog in a room a few doors down that barked at 10:30pm off and on and then again just after midnight for about 5 mins. woke me up also heard a dog had messed in the hallway, clerk called someone to ask best way to clean it up dont get me wrong I have a dog but don't travel with it. Reeked of smoke in a "non-smoking" room. Our room had hairs in both beds, the floor wasn't swept, spilled pop left in the fridge, stains on the walls in the bathroom that should have been wiped off. I won't stay here again. the room we got was smoking and it smelt strong. little dirty. TV didnt work. un gros doute sur la propreté des draps... Good location for golf,low end Motel but fair value,no breakfast Poor WIFI reception ,low output. No Internet. The smell of cigarette in the bathroom and in the aisle. La senteur dans la salle de bain et dans les corridors. Could not use the bath, it was really dirty, and there was no coffee or tea facilities either in the room or in the front lobby. After travelling for about 3 hours, it would have been nice to have been able to get a cup of coffee, even if it was from the front desk. I was in for 5 days, the first three the bed was not made ,no clean glasses were provided for the 5 days, one bath towel for the first day none after. Staff had a meeting in lobby and was very loud every morning at 6-7 oclock.Room 101 is not recommended. Hair on pillows and blankets that weren't ours, did not seem clean. beds where to small and uncomfertable. The room - very spartan outdated. The price should have been about $30 for a cold tiled floor room. No Shampoo. No blankets only bedspread. Tub so worn it couldn't be clean. Old and worn out. Everything.
