Management was very accomadting, anything we needed or wanted they took care of for us. When our room was cleaned and made ready for our second night stay, they made sure everything was stocked for a faily of four and that the temperature of the room was perfect when we got back from a long hot day at the race track! Thought that was quite thoughtful of them!. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It was very quiet even though it was fully booked. The carpet was fairly new. The room was larger than average with lots of table space for luggage and stuff. This is an older motel but the owners seem to be making improvements to make it more comfortable for their guests.

The staff/owners were the type of people that would bend over backwards for their guests. Nice, courteous, and helpful. Friendly, cooperative staff. Great comfortable beds. Owners very helpful. All was good. It was clean and convenient. Owners' kindness and good will to solve a problem with a room that supposed to be non-smoking - they change to another one. There were beautiful flower beds that were well maintained. Someone put a lot of time and effort into these. Not just this particular hotel but all that we stay at....we feel that there should be more pillows per suite without having to ask for them!. The sink in bathroom was rusty and had holes through the enamel. TV would not respond to the remote once in a while. The cardlock worked intermittently. The set up for the continental breakfast was too crowded, the coffee was stuck in the corner with the toaster and bagel so you had to wait longer. They should add a couple more toasters and space them out along the wall so more people could help themselves at the same time. These are minor things and would not keep us from coming back. There was no water in the pool. A bit of trouble hooking on to the internet, but they sent a family member to get it going, and she was also helpful. Limited items on continental breakfast menu (included in price). Overwhelming smell of urine from stain outside bathroom door, unit four. Breakfast area not very good. Needs more room and sitting area needs to be expanded. Room was also quite cold!. The bathroom ceiling needed major repair. I had the heater on full and was still cold and only one light blanket on the bed!!! Had to get an extra blanket from my car. the price we payed (compared with USA) - for the same amount we will be in a very good motel. The hotel was poorly maintained and had not been updated in a long time. The carpet was so dirty it was sticky. The room smelled of mildew and was damp. There was inadequate lighting so it was very dark in the room. The room had been sprayed with strong cleaners/perfume which made us feel ill, but it still could not disguise the dirty odor. The included breakfast was unappetizing and the room where it was offered was not clean or appealing.
