The cleanness. Very clean beds room staff were excellent. Easy access to shopping and everything you need as well as food. When leaving the clerk at the front desk was much kinder then the one the day before when I checked in this young lady when I signed out was very nice. Room was comfortable and roomy; we were allowed to check in early, which was nice because we were road-weary and needed naps; restaurant within meters of our room; easy access to the airport and shopping.

All in al, it was nice, quiet and adequate and the price was right. Room with 2 queen size beds..family sizes washroom and complete amenities. ..most important is the fully equipped kitchen. ..this hotel is amazing. . It's our second time staying there, the staff are very helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again love it. Liked being able to leave vehicle there while flying out. Liked shuttle service excellent driver. Clean room breakfast was plentlyfull. cost. Staff is great, I stay there lots for business, and they have helped me out of a jam a couple times!. I did not like the front desk clerk when I went to check in to get my room she was rude and ignorant did not like dealing with her at all. Has a real attitude problem. I would have left immediately had I had a car but I did not since I was driven there by a Taxi or I would have for sure took a room in one of the other many hotels that were in the area... I was assigned a room with one bed when I had booked one with two. That was rectified. No remote for the TV but returned to desk and got one. Had to go outside to access the lobby...little complaints, I know, but they still colour one's perception of a seamless stay. Phone in room did not work. dirty and run down. the room was too hot. Could use more vacuuming/carpet cleaning!. It could have been brighter and better location of power outlets. no plug in cord available no computer access working broken security latch on door. Elevator did not work. Had to drag luggage up stairs. No help offered. room over all dirty,floor need cleaning as well as bathroom. Our view was onto a roof The night clerk didn't tell us breakfast was over at 9:00 [ we missed it ] I found Leduc hotels in general to be overpriced .Nisku was quite a bit less money. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, and as they had lost our reservation, they claimed that they upgraded us to a bigger room - the room actually only had 1 queen bed and that barely fit into the room. It was extremely noisy - paper thin walls. Staff that had no training-did not know where to find things. 4-12 shift Bug running across bathroom floor. One of two beds not made up in the morning of a two night stay. Outside of building front door needed to be swept. smell of smoke dirty exterior not near any restaurants or amenities no pets. uncomfortable bed Noisy A/C & fridge in room. rooms were not cleaned each day and we run out of towels. front staff did not seem to care. the room was very noisy, every time , the fridge turned on it woke me up. The rooms were too hot and the hotel didn't bother to address it. It was filthy and discussing. I had to sleep fully clothed on top of the blankets as it was so gross. You have to wear you shoes all of the time because of the filthy floor and the bathroom was dirty with hair and dirty toilet.
