Front desk lady was very nice. A/c was great. Room was clean. Shower and towels could have been bigger. Beds were comfy but my wife didn't like them,, she's weird. Over all great price for the room. O and t.v was good along with fridge and micro wave. Clean and tidy. The small microwave, fridge and table was great to have. I found the room nicer then expected. refrigerator I wasn't a solo traveler, I traavelled with my sister. She's 58 and I am 70.

When told of the conditions and a bit of a refund was asked for, it was given without argument. The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi was an great asset, and the room has a desk for work. The early check-in time of 1pm was convenient and the staff were friendly. Location. Location. Location. Location, it was only 10 minutes from the event I was going to attend. The location to where we were staying was good. Nothing. Showers to small. Would have been nice to have a kettle (although I didn't except one and brought my own). Could hear kids running around in the room next door (wasn't too bad). internet was intermittent. Wake up system does not work. Hair dryer was not in place. Cooling system was not the best. the first room we had, the ac was broken. they quickly change another room for us. bed not comfortable. - slow internet. The non smoking room was filled with furniture with cigarette burns on them, bugs in the jacuzzi, and electrical tape holding up the shower head (which flew off as I was getting ready to have a shower so we left without being able to clean up). The doors and walls and floors were so dirty. The room was very cold with little effect and the shower's hot water lasted only two minutes. There's also an open window in the bathroom leading to an alleyway - kinda creepy. The room wasn't as nice as we would have liked - there were burn marks in the carpet and mold on the windows (the bathroom doesn't have a fan). The bed linens were ripped in places and the lighting was very poor. The security was terrible - our windows didn't lock and we weren't given a key to the deadbolt, so the only lock was on the flimsy doorknob. We didn't feel safe leaving our belongings there, so we traveled around with them. Despite the friendly staff, we won't be staying there again. Everything else. Smelled smoky, yard sale decor and definitely not worth $89 per night. Looks on the web can be very deceiving. Overall old and not well taken care of. It was a dump! Yet, it cost me $150 incl tax. Everything was old. Rust on heaters, bathtub chipped, room dirty, overall, it was like staying in a Flea bag. Absolutely disgusting!. Lack of amenities. Dirty, with other people's hair on the towels and a fridge that wasn't cleaned out. Furniture was broken down and the whole place had an awful musky smell. It was disgusting. Dirty Smelt like smoke, and I have a 1 year asthmatic, who coughed all night. A knife hole through the top of the microwave Hair on the shower walls It said it has been renovated and upgraded, that's a joke! I could not believe I spent money on staying there. I would have rather slept in the car. We just got off a 30 hour trip from Australia , so to go to that was a huge disappointment. Never again!.
