Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, good restaurant and lounge attached, good little on site store with such things as the toothbrush I realized I had forgot at 11 pm (not much open in Fort Nelson at that hour). Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was quite good. Excellent omelet, potatoes were quite good, food was fresh, staff very friendly. Everything was great! This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and would recommend it to all!.

The staff was polite and professional. lots of parking. Dinner at the hotel lounge was nothing special. Only 1 beer (of 5 on menu) was actually on tap. Steak sandwich (my reliable indicator for decent pub food) was a bit miserly. Tiny thin bit of soggy garlic bread under the strip of steak does not constitute a "sandwich" compared with most establishments. Friendly staff and good screens though. Nothing. The food in the restaurant was below par for the price. It was very Blan and boring. Can't think of anything. Walls could be better insulated for sound barrier. Free internet would be a nice option. The internet offered really only allows you to check your email. After a long drive I did not want to have to sit in the other areas of the hotel for internet, I wanted to relax in the room I was paying for. Everything was great. No complaints. Nothing. We had asked for a room in upper floor with view and they gave us in upper floor but they gave us one room with a view to the wall that was just 3 meters from our window. They should include breakfast in the package. The price. The hotel room was very pricy and the restraurant for sure is over priced. on check-in, asked if there were any discounts available - and was told we had already received CAA discount, which was true. However, saw Discount Coupon the next day at a tourism office which offered discounted rooms but must be requested at time of booking which we didn't do because we didn't know about it. Perhaps the clerk could have mentioned that to us in case we would require a future stay, but she didn't. The room, while surface clean, is in need of a deep cleaning. e.g. "gunk" in corners and edges. expensive , noisy.
