The spacious room & the meal was very good. The comfy king size bed, I would stay @ the Ramada just for the perfect sleep. Big pool (although we didn't use it). Well landscaped & clean. My daughter & her family also stayed here a week before us & they loved it. Great sleeping-close to the border-easy to find-have made a great effort to turn a older hotel into something worth staying at-my Wife says one of the best sleeps ever.

The big open space just with trees & grass should have places to sit, a gazebo, maybe even swings & slides for the kids to play. as a older couple the stairs could be a issue at some time-maybe when booking thier could be a age related question as to where older couple could be placed on the main floor. Could not get internet in the pool area. No problems. A/C noise. Avoid Rm.235. since we are on vacation and women pack more than needed do not like having to carry suitcases up flights of stairs, as hotel are dealing with all ages, I think they should all have elevators, even families with small babies or children will have increased luggage, elevator would be appreciated. The mattress cover kept coming loose and bunched under us causing loss of sleep. We were surprised at breakfast to recceive a bill with an option to "tip". Why should we tip when the breakfast was included in the price of the room?? We were very surprised to see this!!. The Hotel is a bit "tired" and the rooms need to be brightened up and modernized. The side doors to the hotel looked old. The new tub is lovely but we would appreciate safety handles as we are seniors. Wi-fi signal was terrible. Only two floors with no elevator. Hall carpet needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. If we need a room in Cornwall again, I will look for another place. The breakfast on the Saturday night suitable for children but not for adults. Nothing. Could be closer to highway. I had to call the front desk three times for the noise in the hall. The hotel needs glass doors at the ends of the hall to block out the noise. Breakfast could had more variety. Besides that what food you had was good. I had difficulty in using the key card. Fridge froze our snacs. Room was cold at check in. The air conditioner was set at 66 degrees and wouldn't go any warmer so we had to get up in the night turn it on for a while then turn it off. The huge taste nothing breakfast burrito. Breakfast area was unreasonably small. Breakfast variety was limited. The restaurant food was less than average.
