You can have your room cleaned every day if you wish,2 bottles of water free per day ,theres a safe deposit in reception.The place is kept immaculate and all the staff are friendly.I booked in for a month at a very good rate,also booked 6 weeks when i get back in Feb 14 from Thailand. Great location five minutes walk to ocheutal beach .within view of golden lion roundabout which is a good reference point for moto drivers.nice room layout similar to losmen in indonesia with table and chair to chill outside room.great restaurant -called gbt- next door.

Clean room, good bathroom, towels, free water, aircon and fan... nice environment inside the hotel. They have a security box at the reception which helps to go to the beach feeling safer. It's a fairly new guesthouse and clean with comfortable and well furnished rooms. The location is good, about 5-10 min. walk to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Place was ok, not too pricey. Buildings and rooms look nice, pretty clean. Staff were ok, didn't talk to them much. Could be good for solo/couple/family. basic but clean friendly staff location is fine if you do not mind to walk for 5 minutes to beach, restaurants or bars. Close to Serendipity Road and Beach. Wifi slow even in reception.dont get rooms near front /reception as they there would be noise from street. Sihanoukville is not a nice city, but this hotel is a diamond in the rough. personal on reception speaks very poor english,but still more than in other hotels in cambodia. It's on quite a dark road with no street lights so didn't always feel safe walking back to the guesthouse in the evening. Awful smell from drain in my ensuite and my bedroom door didnt shut fully so smell in my room. The staff had it disguised with spray when I arrived. However, when I returned from an island trip I got a different room and there was no smell. Bed a bit firm. No breakfast facilities (not a huge issue). too many mosquitos; staff don't spray the rooms with mosquito repellent when they clean the rooms. But for the price, maybe one shouldn't complain. no.may be the price could be lower.. Some bugs.i stayed two times. First time had bad tv. some power cuts, no air/co when working with generator. Too cheap to complain. Although it is not at all far away from the beach, it is not as close as many others. They dont serve breakfast. No free pick up at the bus station. No fault of the hotel but I had very noisy neighbors in the next room. The staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful. Location is 5 mins from beach, 10 from main restaurant/bar area. Rooms are close together so could be noisy but I didn't have problems. the windows to the courtyard of the rooms feel a bit ackward and not private. Not really appealing to open the curtains / windows. No room cleaning, fresh towels or new toilet paper. Shower head was pointed at the toilet in the bathroom, meaning the toilet would get wet after a shower. Trouble getting ac to work some nights. Staff didn't respond properly to requests for new towels/toilet paper. Only deal with cash, despite booking online with card. Location is 5 mins to beach, 10 mins to shopping/bars/restaurant area. Rooms are close together so could be noisy, but I had no problems. If you don't ask, they do not clean the room.
