Lovely & comfortable bungalows with seaviews, nice breakfast (it is not included in the price, but guest have 50% discount). Great value for money. I highly recommend this bungalow resort if you want to spend some relaxing days by the ocean. Trying Sandan Restaurant (Creative Cambodian Cuisine) is a must, if you visit Sihanoukville. Cloud nine had a fantastic location , overlooking the sea in lovely tidy clean bungalow/small log cabins, very friendly staff, it is on the quite side of serendipity beach, but for us still much too close the 2 music bars battling out who could be the loudest for longest.
