  I found this place to be terrific value at us$69 per night which included a first-rate breakfast at the hotel's poolside cafe. My air-conditioned room came with a fan, a big balcony, an en-suite bathroom, fridge and 40" slim-line tv with over 60 channels. I didn't use the pool but it was large and beautifully set amongst plants and trees, with cabanas and - We stayed at the Plantation for three nights (check-in: May 2, 2013) and paid by credit card 230.50 usd. It is located behind the Royal Palace, right in in the historical center of Phnom Penh. The hotel is within walking distance of the National Museum, the Wat Botum (Royal Pagoda), the riverside with its bustling nightlife and the lively street 240.   We were 15 on a bachelors weekend and cannot thank the staff at Eureka enough for thier kind Cambodian hospitality. The manager Ken and his staff were absolutly tremendous, always smiling and willing to help. The hotel is comfortable with good facilities and a very nice swimming pool. I will certainly stay here again next time - Nice friendly staff, we booked one of the family rooms, it was spacious, clean and a good size. The hotel sits directly behind the Royal Palace so it's walking distance down to the Riverside and the numerous restaurants along the front. If you don't want to walk there are plenty of tuk tuk's you can take. Nice swimming pool with a bar and a few tables around it if you fancy lunch or a snack by the pool.
