A very new and clean hotel with nicely presented spacious rooms and a lovely pool and bar area overlooking the Palace. It is in an excellent location for visiting the Palace, Silver Pagoda, museum and river area. The staff were friendly and keen to improve their English, we especially appreciated the help and friendliness of the breakfast staff. Fantastic location, you will see royal palace, national museum, junction from the top. Nice swimmingpool with panoramic view. Good friendly staff. Conditioner did not work properly, they moved us to another room in an hour.

Only very minor points, but could have provided more pool furniture and pool towels. Also as there is only one lift it can be a bit of a wait if you don't use the stairs. I didn't like the fact that you could only get one key for a room. When we would go in two different directions and then come back to the hotel we had to have someone from the hotel let us into our room. There is just a small little mirror in the bathroom and toilet without any mirror in the living area for make up etc.In the room that I stay 309 the bathroom and toilet is pretty small and there is no shower curtain for the bath area. the water tends to overflow. Hard to get a sunbed around the pool. The drinks were expensive up there too. Only one elevator for 72 bedrooms meant that you could be waiting a while during busy times. nothing. Lacked that special personal touch. Breakfast was not very good; my door did not lock properly; Rooftop bar was over-crowded and under-staffed. cannot make any calls to outside hotel. their phone only for internal use purpose !!! if i want to call outside, they ask me for steps down their front desk to call by their phone only, it seem that there is not any 4 stars use this policy !!. Not too happy that although the room had been cleaned it was very obvious that the bed linen had not been changed from previous occupants, so make sure you check the bedding upon arrive. Took ages too cool the room down. Even on full cold takes around 4 hrs to bring the temperature down. Also no AC anywhere else in the building. Overcharged us in the rooftop bar. We ordered drinks 15 mins before the happy hour ended but when we received the bill 7 drinks were added afterwards. Only when the duty manager was called did the matter get resolved. No sun shade at all by the pool. Apparently still being fixed!. Refer the mark for staff as only fair. However this is unfair to the majority of staff who were very good and helpful. However, ordering transport was absolutely hopeless, resulting in being lost and late for one meeting, and completely missing two others. Find it too expensive. No confort. Swimmimg pool dirty. Outdoor room spa not working. Over priced for hotel quality. it is not a four star hotel: awful views on roofs,paint stains everywhere in the room, plastic bin, noisy when people leave the bar. Thanks but the photos are not like real!! Good photoshop!! The hotel is not 4 stars !. Terrible service, I have never seen more rude unqualified staf im my travels. There was not even a rooms service menu at the rooms, and the staff had not clue at all what so ever to service our group.
