The hotel has good location in Sihanoukville - close to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. My room was small but clean and quiet with air-conditioner, safety depoit box, cable TV and good Wifi.
The hotel staff multilingual, friendly and helpful. They can arrange trips, transportation etc.
The hotel has good and not expensive restaurant / bar with Euro-Asian dishes and chilling music.

The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for
assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the
road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the
pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel
allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge.
Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

We loved the Kabiki! What a find, and to return to this wonderful Oasis in the heat of Phnom Penh. Great pool, very friendly staff - who let out expat friends' kids swim in the pool. Very clean rooms. We have room #19 which was perfect for a family with 3 young children. We will stay here again when we next visit Phnom Penh. -

This hotel was a great price & right in town. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.

I enjoyed a lovely stay here two years ago so booked again recently. I was disappointed to be given a dark, noisy room on the first floor with a small window looking at a brick wall. Next day I asked for another room and was given 701, next to the rooftop pool. a tad small, but panoramic view from the window. Breakfasts and coffee as good as always.

After a tiring day of touring the city sights it was a delight to come back to this oasis of calm for a dip in the pool on the rooftop floor- surrounded by city view, completely isolated from the sounds of the busy city streets. The staff were friendly, the service was good and the room was clean and comfortable.
I particularly enjoyed the cambodian tapas and the cocktails from the top floor restaurant-named 'Elephant in the kitchen'
