Location - great Staff really friendly, even gave us a bottle of bubbly as we were returning customers. Room and comfort was great. Beautiful view from balcony. Nice facilitites. Rich and varied breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff, the hotel has even an amazing rooftop pool. Professional staff members, quiet street close to city center, nice view. all reviews » Water pool. Free secure parking in the hotel garage was great. The hotel is close to all main attractions. The view from our room was great, I must say. Wi-fi connection was super fast. Interest about our arrival concerning the time and the need for parking space which proves professionalism in my opinion. Room was large and had a private sauna and sitting area. good room,reasonable price,good room service. The hotel is at very good location. Everything is near by. The complimentary bottle of shampane was good idea. For us it was location right in the centre not far to walk to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable. The staff were fine. Location. Parking garage was a quite small and crowded but staff valeted my car. The breakfast could use some improvement when it comes to variety. Very light breakfast. parking. The staff was'nt very perfessional, and didn't seem to know how to arrange the morning breakfast. The breakfast wasn't much but sufficient. Coffee and tea were served cold. The carpet in our room was very dirty and just wored out. In our opionion it's not at all a four star hotel at all. I would give it a good 2 1/2 star and 3 stars at most when the pool and the rest of commodities are in order. Personel does not speak English well!!. Not what I would consider 4 stars - pricey for the quality. Seemed a bit seedy, more for romantic rendezvous than for tourists, families (waterbeds, jacuzzis, private saunas). Indoor pool was very small. Internet very slow, does not allow mail out. Double economy room is to small , but is worth it for the price. Shower cabin in 301 is leaking. Car parking facilities very poor and the water bed was very unusua,l breakfast was bulgarian not the best for English visitors we ended up eating else where. The shower was broken The breakfast was not 4 star, the food was both cheap, cold and not displayed well. The sauna was not the temperature indicated. The sauna was over priced and not included in the room price. The rooms where very small, not very clean. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and everything in the bathroom was rusty. There was allot of noise, because the walls are too thin. This is not a 4 stars hotel, it's 2 stars at most.
