The apartment was great, everything was clean. And at a very good price(39 eur for two-room apartment w/ balcony, 2 TVs, air-conditioning,microwave, fridge). Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was not that farfrom the beach (5min walk). There was also a great restaurant very closeto the hotel (Neptun restaurant - great food, fast service, low prices). The rooms are comfortable and big. The staff is very friendly and theygot all the necessary things for a good vacation at Sunny Beach.
all reviews » helpful staff. We had a 2 rooms apartment for 55,- EUR a night. Just great! We arrived very late in the night, about 1.30 am, I called earlier to let them know we would be arriving and to keep the apartment. They told me to call again when I'd be in the center of Sunny Beach and they will come to take us to the hotel. And so they did!! The appartment was quite big, had 2 balconies, 2 TV sets, microwave oven. the apartment we stayed in was clean and provided all the facilities described in the website,the breakfast was goodand the staff profesional. Excellent value. Very clean, very comfortable, fashionable even – stayed in worse looking 4 star hotels …. I only stay for one night but it was ok. It's a very nice hotel. It's only one year old so everything is new. The staff is friendly and it is located 10 min walk from the beach and 5 min from the center of sunny beach. Great location at an attractive price!. It's second time we've been this year, this time even cheaper. I've seen worse looking 3 star hotels throughout Europe. Great value for money, very big room.family atmosphere. The hotel staff were very good, and the room was really lovely. Plus, once we found a short cut, it was only 10 to 15 mins stroll to the beach.Nice place....nice staff....nice room in a good position of Sunny Beach. They accept pets and also have a special place for them. The host is very kind and aming to help. One can feel secure and free at the same time.the apartment was nice and comfortable,lots of kitchen facilities.the pool was ok.the surroundings are nice and it's very quiet.the complex is in near downtown and there are only 500 meters till the beach.and the very important thing,the price was really good compared to the other hotels with the same description. Hotel was in nice place little out from centrum, so nightly music and other noises didn't make disturbs. Pool was also nice and possibility to use airport shuttle servise.The complex is new and very modern. The pool.the room. nothing. You need to insert the room key in a slot next to the door to turn onpower. This means that the fridge will only work while you are in theapartment (or you can just separate the card from the key, like we did).There was not much to choose from at the breakfast buffet. lıttle bıt far to the beaches. Very clean, very comfortable, fashionable even – stayed in worse looking 4 star hotels … A bit far from the beach (500m in straight line, 1500m walking the streets) but definitely not a reason to ignore this hotel – there is ample parking and the area is very quiet. Breakfast could be a little more diverse. Bathroom floor is slippery. Breakfast was poor, but eatable; and for the price, 39 eur / 4 persons appartment, you couldn't ask for more. Staff was helpful but didn't speak English too well. Only one shampoo ina double room.The breakfast was not too good(would have liked some toast-and more variety). Would also appreciate tea/coffee making facillities in room. No. Unfortunatelly it is a little bit too far from the beach, but this is not a reason to not visit it.the breakfast was very poor and the staff forgets to bring full plates when they are empty.also,the personnel wasn't so friendly,they should work on the attitude and the cleanliness inside the room it's a problem.all in all,if you're not a picky person ,it's a good place to stay with little money. a bit too far from the beach.
