close to the beach, friendly staff, clean, very good price, free breakfast. the spot, the building, the stuff. Location was good, staff helpful and the place arranged a great day trip to see The city. Breakfast, bar seemed to be long term closed, room comfort and cleanliness of showers/toilets.
