I am a frequent customer of Everest and I like the location and the revovations of the hotel as well, but... Tha last time I stayed there (in the most expensive suite, as it was the only room available) there was not hot water! I called the maintenance, but the next morning, no hot water again! Luckily it was a hot summer! I hope for the next World Cup (2014) they fix it!.
