Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged BRL 30 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	5.00 % VAT is included. 10.00 % service charge per room per night is included. BRL 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet	Wired internet is available in public areas and costs BRL 7 per hour.
