Breakfast was amazing! A variety of items to choose from, it couldn't be better. The staff was really friendly as well, and the hotel rooms were clean. - the hotel was clean - the breakfast was ok (especialy the coffee) - the staff was nice to me. Large modern hotel with good breakfast included and nice rooftop bar and pool. Good location to discover Brasilia and very good price for what you get.

In general, things are getting expensive in Brazil and I start spending money in other places. no wi-fi in room, in reception area slow, which is poor for a business hotel; no tourist information;. Only one lift was working and we had to give ourselves 5-10 minutes to take it... The staff. we have to ask twice to obtain the third necessary for the bathroom (it was a room for 3 and the towels and the wellcome products were missing in the room) a very bad system of elevator and we lost a lot of time we ask for a sushi restaurant at the desk and they give us the adress of a night club with a sushi part... that was really not what we're looking for !!!. Not many good food options. The bed was hard. Only one towel first day. Wake up call didn't work. Hair in shower stall. Balcony door lock broken... not fixed after request. Room not made up one day. Noisy at night. The internet reception is terrible. It was terrible when I stayed there a year ago and they haven't fixed it and I will not stay there again because of this. The elevator didn't works well. Poor internet connection. bad wifi, bad elevators. This hotel doesn't have shutter to touristic points. The elevator takes too long to come. No privacy curtain, either you open the heavy curtain to let world see you or totally dark. Pillows are old and broken. You would be expected a higher standard after paying over $150 us dollar for a night. Narrow table, small vanity make it less comfortable. No armchair to rest in the room. Wi-fi is available in the rooms but quality is poor. I do not recommend for business travellers unless this service is improved. Room was not at all as booked. Staff were unable to help and wanted to charge extra for second guest - which had been already paid for upon booking. Terrible service.
