Good price for La Paz 5 star hotel. - I have stayed there twice and am always so impressed with the staff. They seem to know everything about La Paz. We asked where the nearest lavanderia was and they plotted it on a map. When we discovered it was closed, they instantly plotted two more for us. They also speak excellent English. Restaurant has a solid buffet and good hours. Private taxi service waiting for you. I really like this hotel.

  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

  The service was excellent! My friend fainted in our room shortly after arriving. I called for help and one of the staff ran up 5 flights of stairs (there is a perfectly functional elevator) and offered to call a doctor. He came back 5 min later with coca tea and bottled water. In addition, the location was perfect right next to the witches market... what people say » and good souvenir shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Showers were always hot and with excellent pressure. Felt very secure. Overall, a great - Perfect location, on Sagarnaga street and very near the pedestrian Calle Linares. Two computers available in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is connected to a travel agency, through which we could get a bus to Copacabana, boarding right in front of the hotel.
