Hostellerie De La Semois is a century old former mansion house that in the 1930’s was considered to be the most beautiful hotel in the region. After being obsolete for around 10 years, the hotel has been lovingly restored to its former glory. With hard work and the determination to reach a common goal, Anne-Marie Maziers and her team has revived this residence to modern standards, whilst at the same time keeping its original soul. Food is key to the hotel and they pride themselves on serving quality cuisine.

Vresse is an artistic village alongside the Semois River where the quality of life is good. Come and experience it for yourself with an enjoyable stay at this charming residence.

We "upgraded" to a premier room which included Dinner BandB and turned out to be excellent vaiue for money. Staff were nice and tried to be friendly despite the language barrier (our fault not theirs). We enjoyed the conversation with the hotel owner, a fine lady who supports art. Very good to relax. location. I am sorry to say there was nothing to like.
