The warm welcome. Pleasant, comfortable and clean room. Quiet. Delightful breakfast. Location....close to railway station and also to the main square. A lovely place to stay.

Everything was excellent. The reception, lodging, food, hot water, cleanliness. All excellent. One of the better B&B's we've been to.

Everything. The most charming hostess. Everything so lovely down to the last detail. Would certainly stay there should be return to Ypes.

Everything about the Ter Thuyne was perfect. The room was spacious, the breakfasts first class and the location was handy for all the tourist attractions, rail and bus stations. Near to everything but still peaceful and quite.

Lovely & welcoming. Wonderful breakfast & garden. Owners could not have been more helpful. Parking easy & convenient. Best accommodation in Ypres that we have found.

Our only negative was the small sink with sloping glass shelf in the shower room.
