location - central. quiet. good shower. generally comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive

that we had to pay extra for tea and coffee facilities in the room. TV was very small so couldn't see the screen properly. Expensive for what it was but all hotels in Bruges were expensive

Great location and value for money. Friendly and relaxed.

No lift. Not easy to drag bags up several flights of stairs. Having to request and pay extra for in room tea making facilities.

its a cosy hotel, its clean and the breakfast is good...good start to a day of sightseeing and lots of walking.... we enjoyed our stay there.

I was disappointed when I saw room, it was great on the pictures but in real life I was bit shocked by condition of our room. There toilet is in the room and there is only tiny wall that you don't have full privacy.

Hotel really needs a refit, rooms musty, plastic bed protectors makebeds unbearable,Hallways dark, No lift so beware if stairs are anissue for you.

Staff welcoming, and helpful.(most definately the redeaming feature of our stay) Dining area nicely presented, nice breakfast, good central location.Bathroom tiny but serviceable.

Rooms in dire need of refit!!!!!! walls were shabby, and scuffed, painted disgusting orange and mustard colour, same aplies to wood work! beds, though comfortable, seemed to have been in the hotel since the 80's. Bedding tired and drab and worn, pillows uncomfortable. Room was much like you would expect in a uk homeless hostel (probably not as nice)
