  The facilities were okay, I can't complain at all because i got value for money. When We got there they were busy doing renovations etc, but that wasn't a bother whatsoever. I like the room, the air conditioning worked fine and it was very clean. Everything was in working order and I felt that the money I spent was well worth it. The - Staff were very friendly and were always on hand to help ie: booked taxis and tables at restaurants for us. Balcony was an extra, nice to relax on in the morning.   My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly and surpassed all our expectations. Really appreciated the assistance from the receptionist at the Executive Lounge who helped us with many things including a late check out. Great facilities and we got a chance to enjoy most of it.... what people say » - The hotel was great but the staff really MADE the trip for us. We loved the staff, especially Anika, Christopher and Shawn, who each went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued. If possible, get a room with access to the hospitality room - Anika and the staff there always had big smiles and great conversion.
