I loved the views. The room had a panorama sea view and the rooftop view was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the wifi was fast. The water pressure was exceptional. The breakfast that was included had a great selection of hot and cold international and local dishes, with another beautiful view. This place is terrific!. staff is so nice , professional , cheerful , smiley , eager to help you Location is one of the best beautiful things for this hotel , you will see the best sunshine and sunset ever. It is like living in an airplane. I strongly recommend it. Value for money is super great. Breakfast is limited but still nice , You just feel at home away from home .
all reviews » Quite new hotel hotel that located near the corniche. Our room located on 23rd floor has a fantastic view to the sea. It is also located within walking distance to many restaurants/fast food chains, including Hard Rock Cafe. Facilities are OK with good parking spaces, which is ideal for business & city trip leisures. I booked based on the rating of other guests and was not disappointed. Room was pleasantly decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was a great view across the water. There is a pub round the corner and a group of eateries a short walk away. There is also dedicated parking Good value for money. One of my best stay in Manama, clean, comfortable bed, good location, excellent bathroom with excellent facilities in the room. Excellent staff, not to forget the great help from Mr. Sunil Norampat the front office manager during our stay and his extraordinary care and service. I'd really want to thank all staff for there kind. The hotel was very comfortable and it was in quiet location. Almost all the rooms have sea view which is very nice. Finally, I recommend this hotel for everyone -friends or family- they will enjoy staying there as me. It is very quite and away from crowdedness. It is suitable for relaxation and study. Other hotels not respecting the customer, ladies keep knocking the door to have fun. Wirless is very weak, this what i didnt like in holiday villa. Staff are very friendly. I stayed in this place twice. Its worth for the price. Rooms are new and clean. Break fast was nice as well and diverse. My room in both times had a nice view of the gulf. Quite new hotel with less facilities for people who want to spend most of their time in the hotel, but it is good as you don't want to spend your time only in the hotel. There are a lot of tacky hotels in the area too which lower the tone a bit but you don't stay in this part of town expecting a resort atmosphere. Nothing to mention. Putting in mind the soft opening. Most of the facilities were not opened yet since it was soft openning. Nothing dislike. I didn't like the breakfast. Area is small and breakfast lacks the variety. It wasn't bad but it was humble. I also did not like the location, because in that location with all regarding surroundings, this hotel will not last a year till it will just blend in with the rest of the area, if you know what I mean. Just that the a/c controls were on the adjacent room but the hotel is working on it starting from the first floor and have already covered some floors.. So not really a negative.. :). Gym, Restaurant coming soon! But for me not important for my weekend trip. The area around it can get crowded on week ends but once you get to the hotel its no issue. Nothing was bad in this hotel. Nothing. They need to sort out their breakfast area. It is a new hotel and I am sure their breakfast will be as delightful as their friendly staff!. No a/c controll in wing rooms on each floor. For such money should be served fresh orange juice and some fresh fruit for breakfast. Breakfast not that good. Nothing. It was excellent hotel. location location location. that was a very horrible breakfast there（didn't know what kind the breakfast style ?）. No place to watch important football matches. It is still soft opening missing lots of facility. Breakfast is worst than expected. The hotel is located in a back street. I did not like the traffic on the street behaind the Hotel, and the breakfast was less than expacted. However, i been promised that they will change it by september. Parking lot is difficult, cramped. Neighborhood at ground-level is poor, roads are bad. Nothing!. Location was a bit difficult. A\C is controlled from outside the room by the staff. the breakfast was less than expected , no room service. Central air-con (not able to control temperature from room; needed to call)l. Some rooms no air condition control so you must call reception to increase or reduce it. in high seazone period the open buffet was completely mess.the connected rooms have just one panel to control the airconditioning,located in one of the two rooms.it will be a big problem to ask the guest in the other room to decrease or increase AC if he is not convinced or if he is not cooperative or if he is not available. my room was Double King Number 1907 the adjuster control for aircondition in the next room , First time i see that !! if the Guest in next room he want him room very cold and me i want mid. weather what we do ??. One of lift was in very bad condition, Reception phone is always busy, No temrature control in my room, No Swimming Pool, No Alchohol, no hot water coming at night. Everything fine, nothing to object. It would be absolutely unfair to criticize anything about this hotel. The room does not includes the following 1. Water kettle 2. Iron and ironing board. bathehroom did not have hot water. Breakfast cold and not good quality. Nothing except that no restaurant, may be coz stil newly opened. Swimming Pool and Resturant, they told in next 6 months they will have it....Hope so !. No swimming pool , or spa section ,The breakfast menu is not good.
