The staff were very friendly. The Appartment was very clean and big and very nice designed I really love it. Room service is 24 hours. Parking is available. wifi is available and free of charge. Breackfast was good. It is very suitable for families as well. Its quite hotel. It is near resturants and caffees (by car). No bar or night club فندق هاديء وقريب من المطاعم والكوفيات في منطقة العدليه ولكن لايوجد شيء قريب بالمشي ميزة الفندق لايوجد فيه بار او ديسكوات لذلك مناسب للعائلات.

Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Excellent price and good parking area + location. location, big room, full kitchen, nice bathroom,. Very neat and clean, and good value for money. It was clean 24 hour room service. Router for internet is poor. Great prices and big space. Good place and good staff. Friendly & nice place. Staff very cooperative. if someone come early at 13:00, should accomodate him since the check out is at noon. The appartment is wide enough for family.It has good kitchen . The bed was great. That was really odd and on booking it says Internet for free. Location.. nathing. My only negative thoughts r that attention to detail could be improved . By that I mean the room says kettle supplied so ensure it's there for new occupant. No remote control for tv, and for the second time in a month the cooker hobs didn't work , but as soon as I raised this point maintenance were on hand to fix it. No pots and pans in the kitchen this time ... The bed only had a comforter, no other blankets. Staff not friendly, the lack the simplest customer service skill which is smilling. still under construction in some part of the Hotel. Nothing. Inexperienced staff, very slow. No thing. Nothing that I can think of. No think every thing was ok. Information on site seeing was poor... Timinig of visit fo Al Jazira Iceland was not known / Not Mistake but some written document must be there about places to visit and their timings during the day. breackfast is really need to be uplifted to a 4 starts hotels. It has unsafe TV stand in living room that the child can break it easily.AC has bad smell .WiFi connection very poor. Staff should be more attentive: They weren't aware wifi needed a code and they forgot to hand back passport after I requested it when checking out. The rooms need adapters or electronic appropriate plugs. It would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom. The parking area had huge speed bumps that were impossible to drive over at less that 5kph. Staff with bad attitude. Break fast buffet. breakfast was fairly poor. Breakfast Standard becoming low as compared to my last trip in July 2009 Disco ; not good for families Parking Very Bad. Very noisy staff, place under construction. Toilet was dirty.. general cleaness of the apartment was poor.. could not use the card keys for the main door, was given a huge old fashion key.. towels were torn and dirty.. had to wait for 15 minutes to get hot water in the toilet.. I visited ALMANZEL before was very comfort and good place for the family. But now days due some construction inside , the place was dusty and a lot of workers inside the building with a lot of garbage all over the parking and some floors. Breakfast is bad the plates was almost empty at 09:00 AM because all the hotel’s employees eating all the breakfast and nothing left for the hotel resident, the towels were very old and bad . Overall it is only 3 stars hotel not 4 stars. not good at all. The Wi-Fi is too poor.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
