Very cosy hotel, big room, nice interior, bathroom with heated floor, big comfy beds, awesome breakfast, location,parking. Night reception guy was extremely helpful.

Strong smell of smoke in the bar, going through all hotel and to the rooms. Tip for travellers -put towel in between door and floor- could help a bit.

The food was as good as La Gaverouche ( Ramon Blanc ) in London. Fantastic food

Not really much of a spa facilities

The staff was wonderful!

The cigarette smoke was very overwhelming throughout the hotel. Coming out of my room in the morning to the smell of stale smoke was not pleasant.
