Our hostess and manager at the hotel,Johanna, was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us and helped us experience true Tirolian hospitality. Breakfasts were good with a variety of options.Room was spacious and comfortable. The location, the staff - helpful & friendly, nice breakfast room, excellent cleanliness, the balcony, size of room, comfy bed, the general feel of the place.
