The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel itself has oodles of character, a wonderful relaxed atmosphere, a great breakfast and an excellent central location. Very highly recommended!. Very close to the shopping quarters of downton and the atmosphere of the hotel was quite like the oldies but goodness.The very friendly and helpful staff.
