Where to start???? There are so many great quality items that make this a wonderful place to stay, and great value for what you experience. Every staff member had a very pleasant personality. Cleanliness, decor and breakfast were exceptional. We stayed in the apartment with small kitchen option. Close to freeway, McD, and a Kabap take out. Country setting and well kept landscaping. We will come back again next time we pass this area.

The layout and furniture was also very good, modern and comfortable. staff was very nice and friendly and the babies/kids facilities (baby cot, playground etc.) were very nice. The view from the windows was of nice nature and green hills. Located close to main roads, but anyway silent and peaceful. Shopping and cities easily reachable by car, within just a few minutes drive. The most beautiful hotel we have ever been in. Rooms so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast a delight of local produce. On our arrival we were greeted by the owner with a superb cup of coffee and home made cake just out of the oven. We were made to feel very special indeed. Will always make sure we book again whenever in the area. Charming owner and staff. Well appointed large room. Tea & coffee making facilities available in the breakfast area. The WiFi worked well. Beautiful refurbished building, located in a quiet rural setting. Bit of a drive into Linz, but you are already aware of that if you are booking a room. Highly recommended. Superb accommodation and lovely family owners from daughters to mum and dad. We were warmly greeted by one of their daughters and offered freshly made cake and coffee. Exceptionally helpful owners. I could not believe the uniformly positive comments, but after our visit, I do. breakfast was good rooms were quiet staff were very good located just off the highway. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, overall satisfying. Nothing unpleasant to report. Very nice large appartments. Very friendly people. I liked everything. Lovely hotel!. Nothing bad to say. However, if you are disabled such that climbing stairs would be diffucult, I would suggest not getting the apartment w/ kitchen. Ours had a spiral staircase that led to a very large bed in a cute loft. If you plan to cook there you might have problems with lack of kitchen utensils, as well as storing food in the fridge, due to it's tiny mini-bar size. Nothing to dislike but would have loved to have read about the history of the hotel but was only written in German in the greetings book in our room. Limited eating places within walking distance with a pre-schooler (really need your own vehicle, as there is no close public transport). could have had a few more items to cook with a bigger sign to the hotel would be good was easy to drive past the small to road the hotel. Walls can be more soundproof. nothing.
