What people say

Warm, friendly, helpful, very comfortable accommodation, good restaurant menu, great location. Check in was good with helpful, friendly staff who helped carry bags. Request for extra blankets was attended to promptly. Breakfast was luke warm at beast and items ran out, eg no eggs. Small room that was cold. Heating was inadequate and supplemental fan was noisy. Shower was a watersaver that took over a minute to run hot when turned on. Noisy gutter outside ran continuously. Thai food was overly rich and tasted like it came from a packet. Breakfast was late on 2 occasions making it nearly impossible to get first tracks. No one was at receprion when I left to ensure check out went smoothly.
