King size bed in all "double" rooms. Ours was a Training weekend at Gagebrook so location was good. Shower was easily manageable as I am disabled. Spacious enough for me to move around in comfortably. Quiet!! We are looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Clean, new and close to Hobart City. We had an extra large bed which was really big and comfortable. The room was bigger, neater and better than I expected from the website. The green patch outside was a nice touch.
all reviews » I personally thought the customer service was exceptional. Staff were cheerful, helpful & always going up and beyond the day to day service we often see from many businesses these days. We liked the layout of the modern unit and the opportunity to use outside private space if required. The cleanliness of the whole unit was excellent. The fact that we were out of Hobart and got off to a quick start north early in the morning. The motel is newly built. Motel with hotel accommodations , clean and easy to get there. Good option if you don't want to stay at Hobart. Nice room, clean, comfortable, new... We stopped as via point to Port Arthur coming from Cradle Mountain. Clean, aircon worked, bed was comfortable, able to check in late. Good price point. it`s a really great place to stay, city comfort without the hassle of the city. I like the spacious room, the king size bed, and the privacy of the place. How new the motel was, clean and bright. Loved the joining rooms. very good staff and modern room with good facilities. Very convenient location and good value for money. Facilities and room were well appointed. That everything was in the one location. everything, such a nice place to stay. The room layout and modern interior. The rooms a very clean. Good Beds. everythig. Perhaps a rail in the shower for safety reasons for disabled. The main door had glass panels which let in a lot of light in the night. The second night we copied other rooms and covered it with a cloth. Young children running around the complex un-supervised whilst parent were in dining area. We were disappointed with the location and the proximity to Hobart city. The distance to travel to most venues took a lot of time. We stayed for two nights and our room was not made in the second day. Front door without blackout.. too much light!. Long way out, not much to eatf for breakfast in the area. Shower head could be more waterfriendly. There was nothing I did not like. King bed that was two beds zipped together. No restaurant facilities after 20:00. Pillows needed replacing. The meal in the resturant was not quiet up to expectation. Nothing. That u can hear everything whats going on in the room next to you. Nothing. power cuts, toaster did not work. No Mini bar but one was advertised. No Internet access / light shining through glass door all night (have to hang bed protector to block out).
